1. Seller information
Concert Scores is the publishing name used by Georgi Cherkin, an individual seller established at ulitsa “Latinka” 17, Sofia 1113, Bulgaria. Georgii Cherkin is the artistic spelling used on the music.

2. What you are purchasing
Products are digital PDF editions. The selected product page identifies the work, orchestration, catalogue number, page format and included files. No physical copy or editable notation source file is included. A separate solo-instrument part is included only when explicitly listed.
One ZIP download contains the Digital and Printable folders, both included in the same purchase. Different orchestrations are separate editions. Please check the instrumentation and preview before ordering.
3. Reading the files
You need an internet connection to download the ZIP package, a way to extract ZIP files and a compatible PDF reader. Printing requires a printer or printing service. The product page states the source page size. Screen colours and the final appearance of printed pages may vary with the device, paper and printer settings.
4. Price and payment
The product page and checkout show the currency and total amount payable before the order is placed. The payment methods available for a particular order are those displayed at checkout. No recurring subscription is included in an edition purchase.
Downloads are released after payment has been confirmed. If a manual payment method is offered, the order remains pending until payment is received and confirmed.
5. Order confirmation and delivery
After purchase, Shopify sends an order confirmation and provides access to the files when payment is confirmed. Keep the confirmation and save a backup of the downloaded edition. If a download link does not work or a file appears incomplete, contact us with the order number so that access can be restored or the correct files supplied.
6. Use of the music
The Licence Agreement explains permitted printing, use on devices and sharing of parts within the licensed ensemble. It applies to both folders in the download.
7. Withdrawal, file problems and complaints
See Refunds & Withdrawal for digital-content withdrawal rules, the electronic cancellation route and how to report a problem. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Contact us with the order number and a clear description of the issue.
8. Governing rules
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protection provided by the law of your country of residence. You may also contact the competent consumer-protection authority in your country.
