Who is responsible

What information is used
- Enquiries: your email address, optional name and order or catalogue reference, and the message you send.
- Orders and accounts: purchaser, billing and contact details, purchased editions, payment status, consent record, download delivery and support history.
- Website operation: device, browser, IP address and similar technical information needed for security, customer accounts, the basket, checkout, privacy preferences and delivery of pages or files.
Why it is used
Enquiries about a possible purchase and fulfilment of an order are processed to take requested steps before a contract or to perform it. Records may also be processed to comply with accounting, tax and consumer-law obligations. Security, fraud prevention and ordinary customer support rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Optional tracking that requires consent is used only after the required choice.
Service providers and transfers
Shopify provides the website, customer accounts, checkout, order administration and digital delivery. Google Gmail is used for contact enquiries and replies. The payment provider selected at checkout processes information needed to complete the payment. These providers may use affiliated companies and subprocessors in other countries under their contractual and legal safeguards. How long information is kept
Contact enquiries are normally kept for up to two years after the last relevant communication. Order, payment, consent and delivery records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting, tax, consumer-protection and limitation rules, and longer only when needed for a dispute or legal obligation. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law and processing, you may ask to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict processing, receive portable data, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where consent is used, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

See Cookies & Video for site storage, the optional YouTube player and privacy choices. The contact form sends the details you enter through Shopify to the Concert Scores Gmail inbox so that we can reply. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
