Refunds & Withdrawal

For a considered edition and a straightforward purchase.

If something is wrong, please let us know.

A problem with a file or order

If a download fails, a file is damaged, or the delivered edition does not match the order, contact us with the order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide working access or the correct materials. Your statutory rights to remedies, including a price reduction or refund where applicable, remain unaffected.

Digital content and withdrawal

Where EU consumer withdrawal rules apply, a consumer generally has 14 days from concluding a digital-content contract to withdraw. That right can be lost when supply begins after the consumer has given prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right to withdraw will be lost.

Before checkout, Concert Scores asks for this express consent and acknowledgement in a separate unticked box. The order is not sent to checkout until it is selected. The choice is recorded with the order, and the digital files are supplied after payment confirmation.

Electronic cancellation request

If the digital files have not yet been supplied, you can request cancellation from the order-status page linked to your order confirmation or from your customer account. Sign in with the email used for the order and follow the available cancellation option. Shopify sends the request to Concert Scores for review. You can also send a clear statement through the contact form or to concertscores@gmail.com, identifying the order and saying that you wish to withdraw.

I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following digital edition: [edition / order number]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].

A cancellation request does not by itself confirm that a statutory right still exists. If delivery has already begun with the required consent and acknowledgement, the right to withdraw from the supplied digital content may have been lost. We will review the order and respond using the contact details supplied with it.

Duplicate or mistaken purchases

If you accidentally order the same edition twice or select the wrong orchestration, contact us promptly. These cases are reviewed individually alongside any legal rights that apply. Concert Scores does not currently offer an additional change-of-mind guarantee after lawful delivery of the digital files.

Refund timing

Where a statutory refund is due, it will be made within the applicable legal deadline and normally by the original payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed without additional cost to you.
